At the 13thedition of the PARTSLIFE congress in Wiesbaden on 28 June we entered again into an active dialogue with the multipliers of the Independent Aftermarket: Our Chief Technology Officer Ulrich Keil gave insights into relevant use cases of three Caruso connected partners.

The PARTSLIFE Congress has become a ‘must-attend’ meeting for numerous industry members. At last year’s edition of the congress, our Managing Director Alexander Haid presented the data access for workshops via the Caruso platform for the very first time. Since then we have been able to make our mark as THE mobility data & service marketplace – with several onboarded partners and many successful use cases.

So this year it was time to present some of them! CTO Ulrich Keil presented the Caruso use cases of CARAT, one of Germany’s biggest wholesale cooperations, Navads, the leading platform for managing local listings on all global digital map platforms and WESP, the data analyst for workshops, spare parts manufacturers and the aftermarket. He explained how these companies actively use our marketplace today and how Caruso supports them in achieving their business goals.

Other topics discussed included the long-term impacts of electromobility on the independent automotive aftermarket and the challenges caused by growing e-commerce business.

PARTSLIFE was founded as an ´industry solution´ for the automotive industry in 1995. They offer consulting services for their system partners in the fields of environmental protection, recycling, packaging and energy management as well as occupational health and safety. More than 70 brands and about 10,000 workshops have joined the industry network.
