Following on from the success of our presentations at Bosch ConnectedWorld (BCW) last year, we shared once again insights into central infrastructure for telematics data and data distribution at BCW19.
The event is the leading annual conference on the Internet of Things and digital transformation. On May 15thand 16th, around 5,000 participants gathered at the Berlin “Station” venue.
More than 150 keynote speakers dispatched on 5 stages demonstrated how the rapid development of the IoT is creating new exciting opportunities. Over 700 developers also took part in a hackathon.
Insightful presentations were given by Bosch CEO Volkmar Denner as well as Dr. Joachim Wenning (CEO Munich Re), Magnus Hall (CEO Vattenfall), Sir Timothy Berners-Lee (inventor of HTML and founder of the world wide web) and other C-level executives.
More than 100 IoT vendors joined the event to present their innovations across 14,000 sqm of exhibition space covering areas such as manufacturing, mobility, logistics, building, energy, construction, agriculture, intelligent transportation systems, and many more. The diverse mix of industries stimulated knowledge exchange, co-creation, and business relations.
Our Managing Director Alexander Haid and Head of Sales Gwenael de Calan joined the event to present how Caruso enables the connected mobility industry to create new businesses and outlined the benefits for OEMs who provide data to Caruso.
The two-day program included several opportunities for building new ties with the large IoT-Community, Bosch customers / suppliers and Caruso eco-system partners!
