- Administration: Commercial back-office administration of existing and new customers for CARUSOs solution
- Customer Onboarding: Support our sales team in onboarding new clients, subscription of data, and invoicing
- Document Preparation: Preparing, coordinating, and processing sales documents in cooperation with the sales team
- Process Improvement: Definition and execution of necessary processes for sales back-office tasks
- Team Support: Organisation and preparation of team events (i.e. monthly meetings) as well as occasional travel reservations of the sales team and senior management (<10% of your time)

You have
- Successfully completed commercial job education or an equivalent qualification
- First administrative support and back office experience are very appreciated
- Experience in using ERP systems as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High customer and service orientation, a strong team player with a sense for the needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills with fluent knowledge of German and English
- A good focus on what is important
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A let’s do it and hands-on mentality
